Mission:
Children find more than an excellent learning environment at Reshet
Schools. They find teachers who understand that every classroom
comprises many different children. Hailing from varied backgrounds
and cultures, each one demands and deserves individualized attention.
And careful, very careful nurturing.
That's one of the reasons why there is a low teacher to student
ratio. This enables Reshet to provide each child with the personalized
attention to help him realize his fullest potential. Reshet students
and schools consistently win top prizes in city and country-wide
contests. Year after year, the Ministry of Education has commended
the Reshet Schools for their high academic achievements.
At Reshet Schools, we focus on the beauty of the Jewish traditions,
the rich culture and heritage and what it means to live proudly
as Jews rather than on the do's and don't's.
Not all of our children come from backgrounds where Jewish culture
and tradition is deeply ingrained. Indeed, for many, Judaism was
nearly snuffed out. Our children learn that Jewish identity is more
than eating latkes on Chanukah or remembering that in Israel there
are no broadcasts on Yom Kippur.
They learn that Jewish values and traditions are the bonds that
have kept the Jewish people intact, as a single nation, regardless
of our daily practices or lifestyles. At Reshet, Judaism becomes
much more than rituals and customs. The children also learn how
to embrace differences and respect all Jews.
Reshet Schools help keep children and their families committed
to living a Jewish life in their homeland today and tomorrow.
